About Patient Power
Patient Power is a service that provides Australians with the ability to compare quoted out of pocket fees for their medical procedure. We have connected with a range of doctors within South-East Queensland who are prepared to confidentially provide us with their best price for Cataract Surgery.
We will work with Patient Power customers to support them through the process of assessing these costs, deciding which doctor they would like to use and then supporting them through the process of receiving the care they need, at the price they have decided fits their unique needs.

At Patient Power, our goal is to give Australians a simple, transparent way to compare the costs of life‑changing surgery. We’re not doctors, and we’re not affiliated with any hospital or health fund. We’re patients ourselves, working for other Australians, surveying the market and highlighting more cost‑effective options.

By starting close to home, we’re able to carefully survey the market, build trusted networks, and ensure the information we provide is relevant and reliable. As Patient Power grows, our goal is to gradually expand into other regions across Australia—bringing greater choice, clarity, and control to more patients nationwide.
